Die EU-Kommission will riesige Preissprünge beim Tanken und Heizen ab 2027 verhindern und dafür in das Handelssystem mit Treibhausgas-Zertifikaten eingreifen. Beim sogenannten Emissionshandel müssen Unternehmen Rechte zum Ausstoß von Treibhausgasen nachweisen.
